How do I know the case will fit my phone?
During product selection, choose your exact phone brand and model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24, OnePlus 12). If you are unsure of your exact model name, check Settings → About Phone on your handset. Every case is precision-cut for ports, microphones, and camera bumps.
How does UPI payment work?
Prepaid UPI orders receive an instant 10% discount. When you click Pay with UPI App, your installed UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) will open. Alternatively, you can click Scan QR to scan and pay directly.
How do I get my Order ID?
Your unique Order ID (CVR-XXXXXX) is generated immediately when you proceed to checkout and is displayed on your payment screen and final Order Confirmation page. You will also receive confirmation details via WhatsApp and SMS.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD orders require a ₹199 advance deposit via UPI to confirm order sincerity and cover custom manufacturing. The remaining balance is paid directly to the delivery courier when your package arrives.
